Health Choices is an innovative Holistic Massage School located in Hillsborough (near Belle Mead) in central New Jersey. Health Choices has led the way in Holistic Massage Therapy training in New Jersey since 1984. We are a NJ State Department of Education approved private vocational training provider, and offer a 710 hour comprehensive program. Courses are offered in Massage, Ohashiatsu, On-Site (chair) Massage, Polarity, Neuromuscular Therapy, Anatomy and Physiology, Business Skills, Somatic Studies, and much more.
We offer a variety of workshops and training for both the public who are looking to experience and learn new skills, as well as bodywork practitioners who are interested in expanding their skills and meeting CEU requirements.

Mountain Dove Wellness provides a variety of holistic therapies to help clients lead healthier lives. Premier among these is Ohashiatsu(R), a method of Oriental healing touch. This unique form of acupressure balances the body's energy, relaxes the body and mind, and rejuvenates the spirit. Using pressure points, stretches and limb rotation, Ohashiatsu helps the body to heal itself. Holistic consultations may also include: Raindrop Technique, Qigong exercise, reflexology, holistic health, nutrition, voice analysis, Sound Therapy, Feng Shui, and Space Clearing. Classes are offered in Ohashiatsu and Qigong.
