Reverse Speech is a deeper form of human communication that is automatically generated by the human brain. It occurs whenever we engage in conversation and is embedded backwards into the sounds of our speech. We are sending and receiving these messages on a subconscious level continuously revealing what we thought was concealed and creating dynamics based upon our deepest thought forms. Our reversals describe unconscious personality patterns and behavioral agendas, why we do what we do, the effects of past events, and our real internal responses. They also reveal the path for positive change. The first step towards reaching healing, personal growth and self potentialization is self-awareness, Reverse Speech Analysis is that first step. http://www.reversespeechanalysis.com

The Haven Institute
The Haven Institute is an internationally acclaimed centre offering a wide variety of experientially based seminars devoted to the
understanding and acceptance of the self and others, blending eastern and western ideas.
The Haven is devoted to providing courses that will help people in their personal and professional development. All of them are designed to expand the participants' awareness of
themselves in their everyday personal lives and at work. Those registered in the training program in counselling can earn a Diploma in Counselling. Courses range in length from one
day to several months.
The methods are educational, broad and eclectic, derived from a great variety of sources in the fields of Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology, as well as more traditional fields
of Psychology, religious studies, drama, music and art. The techniques used cover a broad spectrum of approaches, including gestalt, Reichian body approaches, acupuncture,
psychodrama, psychosynthesis, role playing, family therapy, fantasy and visualization techniques, video work, music and play therapy, all stressing encounter and communication
skills. Some lectures and discussion groups are involved, but an emphasis is placed upon heuristic education in which the person is invited to experience situations in which (s)he
will be able to learn what (s)he needs to learn. The approaches are educational rather than therapeutic, so no medical or nursing care is available. http://haven.ca

I help people gain a fresh perspective on themselves and on their lives by using the wisdom of astrology. Each of us was blessed with our own personal map of information, called a birth chart. Used wisely, it gives valuable planning information via a time schedule, like an emotional weather report, as well as giving one clues to understanding your process for making decisions, choosing partners and selecting careers. http://www.astrologertrace.com

My approach to counseling is wholistic by design. It is inclusive of client’s nutritional, physical, spiritual, financial and mental health. My approach is person-centered, psychologically eclectic and integrative including techniques from various schools of thought. My approach draws heavily upon Morita and Naikan theory; Constructive Living theory; Dialectic Behavioral theory, Family Systems theory, and Non-Violent Communication, 16-Step Empowerment Process; Enneagram (Personality Type), Cross-Cultural counseling as well as Christian, Buddhist, Sufi and Jewish thought, Art, and Music. Treatment plans are constructed with clients using Person - Centered Thinking techniques. All techniques and guiding principals for therapy are consistent with principles set forth according to these schools of thought. Initial sessions begin with a full psychosocial clinical assessment.
Your journey towards emotional health will require your active participation in and out of sessions. Remember successful change occurs gradually, meaning effective therapy requires a commitment to the process. It will be your responsibility to make efforts to change belief systems and behavior pattern. My responsibility is to facilitate. Together we clearly define your goals and develop a plan to achieve them. We will explore symptoms to discover the core motivation of the issue and work to bring change in those areas through insight, education, behavioral change, self-talk, and other techniques. Progress will periodically be evaluated and the plan modified if necessary.
