My work is a blend of 20 years of healing training and personal growth work. Through a combination of spiritual counseling, energy work, intuitive insights, direct channeled information, sacred sound, aromatherapy, and past-life therapy, I assist my clients in releasing old fear-based patterns of the past which get recorded in our body's cells through a variety of life experiences (e.g., personal trauma, the belief systems and indoctrinations of our ancestry, current family, and society). Kristi began her training as a Massage and Energy Therapist in 1994. She has found that combining Therapeutic Massage with Energy Therapy creates a deeper, more holistic and healing therapy. Kristi has extensive training in Healing Touch, Chi Kung Healing, and Therapeutic Massage. She is also trained in Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy I, and Mindfulness Meditation. Her practice includes individual Massage & Energy Therapy sessions, as well as meditation and Chi Kung instruction.
The Labyrinth is a sacred geometric pattern that has a well-defined pathway that winds its way to the center and back out again. Unlike a maze, there are no tricks in the pattern, no dead ends. Walking the labyrinth can be a helpful spiritual tool to quiet the mind, open the heart and bring new clarity. There is no “right” or wrong way to walk the labyrinth, there is simply your way.

My main interest is teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)in order to help others to discover their innate ability to meet the challenges of life with awareness and acceptance. I customize stress reduction programs for the needs of individuals, businesses, schools and other organizations. I am also a Reiki practitioner and enjoy facilitating self-healing through Reiki.
I am the owner of The Massage Clinic, with two locations: Stratford & Orange. Both offices have 2 therapy rooms and an office. There are 6 therapists here. My yoga studio is located in a rural community called Navajo Dam near the San Juan River in Northern New Mexico. It is an intimate space with wood floor; several windows, natural light and country air quite suitable for yoga and meditation. I offer classes during the week, a weekend workshop the last Saturday of each month, private lessons, and instruction in Vipassana Meditation.
