Acupressure
Acupressure is an energy based techinque using the fingers and hands to apply gentle pressure to key points in the body. Stimulating these points releases endorphins, which are chemicals that relieve pain. Pain is then blocked and the flow of blood and oxygen is increased to the affected area. Acupressure releases muscle tension, allowing the blood and energy to flow freely and allows toxins to be released and eliminated.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture uses fine needles of differing lengths to stimulate the body's energy flow, known as 'qi' or 'life force', allowing the body to heal itself. Medical acupuncture is particularly used in the West as a means of pain relief, but it can treat a wide range of conditions.

Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is often recommended by doctors, and has become a respected method of alleviating chronic back pain. It can also be used to help repetitive strain injuries, postural pain in pregnancy and gastro-intestinal disorders. It is believed that poor posture can also affect our mental state; with instruction, it is possible to relieve emotional problems, such as stress and anxiety.

AMMA Therapy (or ANMA)
AMMA therapy is a method of restoring the flow of life energy in the body, and is used to treat a wide range of medical conditions. It combines Oriental medical principles with a Western approach to organ dysfunction. AMMA Therapy may include dietary plans, detoxification, herbs and vitamins, and therapeutic exercises.

Applied Kinesiology
Kinesiology is often used by practitioners of chiropractic, osteopathy, homeopathy and nutritional therapy. Practitioners will aim to restore balance by massaging acupressure points to improve circulation flow. Kinesiology can alleviate problems with the immune system, neck and back pain; it is also said to detect vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Aromatherapy
Humble as flowers and plants may seem, their essential oils are a storehouse of extraordinary medicinal and therapeutic power known to the ancient cultures of China and Egypt and first introduced to Europe by the Crusaders in the Middle Ages. Most recently, it has been the French who have explored the possibilities of essential oils, creating what is modern aromatherapy.

Art Therapy
Viewed as a cathartic and non-threatening way of venting repressed feelings, art therapy can help people gain confidence and bolster self-esteem. Art therapy has been shown to be highly beneficial for people battling with eating disorders, addictions and stress. It has also been known to help those coming to terms with bereavement, and those suffering from Alzheimer's and other terminal illnesses.

Aston-Patterning
Aston-Patterning aims to increase the body�s grace, resiliency and ease of movement by releasing layers of tension throughout the body. It uses movement education, bodywork, environmental design and fitness training.

Astrology
Astrology is "the original art-science of human potential" with roots to 30,000 BCE, currently practiced in numerous branches or specialties. 'Horoscopic' & 'Synastric' astrology illustrate the Design of Life for each individual, partnership, or corporate, political, & other entity, having a place & beginning in Time. Astrologers (using charts, dials &/or graphs of Cosmic Dimensions) counsel on the most satisfying & productive life, attitudes & actions, forecasting development & probable outcome using Planetary Movement & Alignment. Aura-Soma
At the core of Aura-Soma are the Equilibrium Bottles - living jewels of liquid colour. In the upper fraction is a combination of Essential Oils and Crystal energies in a carrier oil with a touch of Lotus Oil; and in the base fraction a combination of the Herbal Watery part of the plant and Crystal energies in spring water together with Chalice Well Water.

Bach Flower Essences
The Bach Flower Remedies were originally designed for self-help, but they are now an integral part of homeopathic, naturopathic and herbal medicine treatements. Applied Kinesiologists will also at times recommend them. It is believed that by drinking the diluted concentrated flower essence, health and harmony can be maintained during times of emotional crisis or stress.

Berrywork
This bodywork was created by the late Lauren Berry, PT. He was a contemporary of Trager, Feldenkrais and Rolf who devised a system of "correctives" that involve stretches and that work the fascia, cartilage and joints. His work is passed on through the teaching of his advanced students.

Bio Energy Healing
Bio Energy will treat most things, on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level, be it illness, injury or stress. Bio Energy therapists are trained to detect blockages in the energy field and correct them so our own bodies' natural healing can take place.

BioSync� Method
The BioSync Method is a unique deep tissue/neuromuscular therapy that facilitates the body's own healing process. Its three-step process releases soft tissue at the deepest level, permanently erasing and unlocking trauma patterns. This allows the body to continually unfold toward its full potential. Unique body positions and biomechanically correct equipment are used. The positions and equipment allow for greater access into the body, which cannot be accessed on a traditional massage table.

Body Harmony�
Body Harmony� is the name given to an integrated approach to bodywork and life skills pioneered by Don McFarland and now practised around the world. Body Harmony incorporates many of the numerous techniques available for working with the body, mind and spirit but what makes it particularly effective is the way the incorporates these into a touch that listens to the whole being.

Bowen Technique
Pioneered by Tom Bowen in '50's Australia, this non-manipulative technique was later developed by an osteopath who trained practitioners around the world. Said to stimulate energy flow, this hands-on method maximises the body's ability to heal itself. The Bowen technique is beneficial to virtually any condition, but it is particularly effective with back and joint pain, and sports injuries. It is also said to relieve bronchitis and menstrual problems.

Breema
Breema takes its name from the Kurdish mountain village of Breemava where it originated and was passed down from generation to generation. It is a comprehensive system of bodywork, done on the floor, with a variety of techniques ranging from simple holding points on the body to techniques requiring flexibility and dexterity.

Chair Massage (or on-site or seated massage)
This refers to a brief bodywork session, usually a shiatsu-based routine, done in a special chair in which the client sits facing toward the cushions, exposing the scalp, shoulders, neck, back and hips. Sessions may last between five and thirty minutes. Originally pioneered as "on-site massage", a modality for the workplace, it has expanded into many other environments.

Chi Gong (also Qigong)
Qi gong incorporates movement, breathing and meditation to improve the flow of qi (life energy) around the body, said to increase vitality and promote the body's own healing mechanisms. The ancient Chinese are said to have studied the natural movement of animals, after which many qi gong poses take their names.

Chi Kung
A gentle, deep form of body energy treatment given from a trained practitioner that utilizes techniques based on Chi Kung (QiGong) philosophy. The treatment will enhance and balance the flow, volume and quality of Chi energy within the energy body. This is done through objective assessment and diagnosis of the energy body and application of directed energy through intent and non-judgmental compassion.

Childbirth Educator
Childbirth Educators provide education individually or in a class setting for expectant parents, teaching such things as mindful preparation and awareness, relaxation, massage, positions and advocacy.

Chinese Herbal Medicine
A branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese herbal medicine is an ancient diagnostic technique which takes a holistic view of a client's symptoms, instead of looking for a specific disease. Chinese herbalism uses herbs for both treatment and prevention of a wide range of physical, mental and emotional conditions. Practitioners often use herbs in conjunction with acupuncture, which complement each other.

Chiropractic
Not only does chiropractic assist with conditions obviously associated with the skeletal structure of the back, it can also alleviate problems such as asthma by easing tension in the chest muscles. Chiropractic is said to be particularly beneficial to those suffering from sciatica, lower back pain, slipped discs, and even constipation, migraines and tinnitus.

Colonic Hydrotherapy
Colon hydrotherapy, is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the large intestine, without the use of drugs. By introducing filtered and temperature regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through natural peristalsis. This process is repeated a few times during a session.

Color Therapy
Colours are known to vibrate at different wavelengths and at differing frequencies. Practitioners of colour therapy use this knowledge to correct imbalances in the body which, itself, vibrates at a cellular level. Certain parts of the body are governed by chakras (vortexes of life energy) which are associated with individual colours, ranging from fuschia at the crown of the head, to green at the heart, and blue at the throat, all of which can be used to treat behavioural problems.

Core Belief Engineering
Elly Roselle has created a method of psychotherapy which allows conscious access to subconscious areas of the mind. In a process guided by a trained practitioner, clients are able to re-engineer old outdated beliefs and decisions and replace them with more open and inclusive expressions of self. Clients are seen in private sessions of 5 or more hours.

CORE� Counseling
We are here to learn two things: to consciously create our own success and to develop a lifestyle that brings us joy. The CORE� concept (Conscious, Ownership, Retrieve, Release, Engage) helps us to reach those goals by acting with conscious dominion over our own lives.

Cranial Osteopathy
It is believed that the cerebrospinal fluid, which protects and nourishes the membranes encasing the brain, spinal cord and sacrum pulse at a certain speed. A skilled practitioner will be able to detect disturbances in the flow which can lead to tension in the body. Using gentle manipulation of the cranial and spinal bones, the treatment boosts the cranial rhythmic impulse (CRI) boosting blood and other circulatory systems.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a broad health-care system which employs a gentle manual contact on the body to palpate and interact with the patients cranio-sacral system. Practitioners believe that this is the primary physiological system which sustains and distributes the self-healing energies of the body. The action of the cranio-sacral system imparts a subtle but palpable rhythmic motion to the entire body structure.

Crystal Healing
Crystals and gems have long been valued for more than their aesthetic beauty. Many cultures have imbued them with mystical qualities and it has long been believed that they both store and conduct healing energies. Different crystals and stones are said to resonate at different vibrational frequencies, offering varying healing possibilities.

Dance Therapy
Using dance therapy, people are encouraged to express themselves confidently in a non-verbal way, responding naturally and spontaneously to rhythm. This helps them connect with their subconscious to establish stronger personal identities in an atmosphere of mutual trust. Dance therapy is often used in conjunction with physiotherapy or occupational therapy, and has been proved highly effective and popular in schools, prisons and institutions.

Dar' Shem
Dar'Shem, which has been called the Reiki of Sophia, is a powerful Wisdom-centered spiritual technology, with 12 symbols that act very specifically and powerfully. Doula
A doula is a professionally trained labor support provider, offering holistic, continuous informational, physical, and emotional support to the family giving birth. She works for the family, not the hospital or care provider. She helps the mother go through labor and helps the father participate at his own comfort level. Doula is a Greek word referring to an experienced woman who helps other women.

Earth Energy
Geopathic stress can be detected through various diagnostic methods including vega testing, kinesiology, dowsing, live cell analysis and serum analysis. Balancing energy fields to remove geopathic stress encourages recovery from ill health, and allows other therapies to act unhindered and therefore more effectively and efficiently.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a process that involves tapping with your fingers on energy meridians of the body whilst tuned into "The Issue". A 'reminder phrase' is used to focus on "The Issue". EFT works by balancing the body's energy system, removing any disturbance to the energy flow. It is widely applicable to both emotional and physical problems.

Esalen
Esalen is a variant of Swedish massage pioneered at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. Esalen is the place where many therapies were tested or launched in the 60�s and 70�s, including gestalt therapy and rolfing. The unique brand of massage practiced there typically involves total nudity and long flowing stokes. Esalen is known for its original, honest, nurturing and probing atmosphere. Esalen massage tends to be nurturing, trance-like and meditative, allowing the greatest possible unfoldment to take place in the client.

Falun Dafa / Falun Gong
Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is an ancient practice for cultivating the body and mind, which was made public in 1992 by Mr. Li Hingzhi. This practice teaches obtainment of physical and mental well-being through five gentle and peaceful exercises, suitable for all ages, and adherence to the principles of Truthfulness, Kindness and Tolerance.

Feldenkrais
Two recognised Feldenkrais methods are used: one involves the patient developing body awareness. Alternatively, touch and manipulation are used in the 'functional integration' technique. Patients learn to be constantly aware of their bodies and to reorganise their movements to prevent unnecessary muscle strain.

Feng Shui
The ancient art of feng shui dictates that the geography of one's home and the harmonious placement of furniture and objects inside positively benefits all aspects of one's life. Some refer to feng shui as 'space acupuncture', based as it is on the same principles as traditional Chinese medicine.

Flower Essences/Gem Elixirs
These are vibrational remedies, usually taken internally (or rubbed on the skin, or added to bathwater). They help to re-balance the body's etheric electrical system when its imbalance is affecting your life. In these times we are all being required to absolve, release, deal with all of our old fears which are blocking our spiritual progress. Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga focuses on breathing, physical exercises, and meditation to help control stress on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. Herbalism
Practitioners exercise their knowledge of herbal synergy which is based on using parts of whole plants which contain a complex mix of active ingredients for medicinal effect. Herbalism is said to be beneficial for most illnesses, respiratory and circulatory conditions, and others including depression and insomnia. It is believed that over 80% of the world's population turns to herbal remedies for health.

Holographic Repatterning
Firmly grounded in the principals of new physics, Holographic Repatterning is based on the understanding that we are an energetic system with frequency patterns. In earlier experiences when emotional pain was not resolved, our life energy constricted. Our frequencies lost their optimal pulsation, or coherent state, and this manifests outwardly in the problems and concerns in our daily lives. Homeopathy
Sometimes known as the 'way of similars', the principle of homeopathy is to give the patient a minute dose of a substance which is known to induce the condition. For example, it was originally discovered that taking regular doses of quinine caused malaria-like symptoms; therefore, quinine should be used to cure malaria. Medicines prepared homeopathically stimulate the body's own healing mechanism.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a good example of how the mind can influence the body to enable people to overcome phobias, inhibitions, pain and dependencies. When under hypnosis, the conscious mind takes a back seat, allowing the subconscious to be accessed. Hypnotherapy is highly beneficial to most people, but it should be avoided if you suffer severe depression, psychosis or epilepsy.

Indian Head Massage
Practitioners concentrate on massaging the head and shoulders with a variety of strokes, and working a warm oil (coconut is used in the Indian subcontinent) into the hair. This is said to relax the thin layer of muscle covering the head, improving blood flow.

Intuition Medicine�
Intuition Medicine� is a branch of energy medicine. Iridology
Iridology is often used by homeopaths, naturopaths, nutritional therapists and herbalists as a diagnostic tool. The right iris corresponds to the right side of the body and the left to the left. The iris is then divided into a serious of concentric zones surrounding the pupil and then radialy like segments of a clock. The iridologist interprets iris signs by noting pigmentation change and pattern change.

Jin Shin Do
Jin Shin Do is a synthesis of acupressure theory, psychology, taoist philosophy, and breathing methods, which helps release physical and emotional tensions and armoring. The Jin Shin Do Foundation has information about trainings and practitioners, as well as books, charts, videos and audiotapes.

Lactation Educator
Lactation Educators provide personal and community education on the basics of breastfeeding as well as the mutual benefits to mother and baby.

Life Coaching
Life Coaching has been developed since the late 80s from a number of different complementary sources, the contributions of all of them being adapted and synthesised by professional coaches. These sources include Coach University and the work of Thomas Leonard, NLP and the work of Anthony Robbins and others, and the "Inner Game" approach to sports developed by Timothy Galway.

Lymphatic drainage
The lymphatic system is a vital part of the immune system in the body. Lymphatic drainage massage assists the operation of the lymphatic system. The system was devised in the 1930�s by a Danish massage therapist, Dr. Emil Vodder, and is popular and well established as a health modality in Germany and Austria.

Massage Therapy
The variety of strokes used, such as kneading and rolling motions on the tissues, has a profound effect on the physical body and also on the mind. Massage allows the body to release endorphins, its own natural 'feel good' pain relievers. As such, it is the perfect antidote to stress, stimulating the body's immune system and acting as a preventative benefit.

Meditation
Regular practice of meditation leads to greater powers of concentration and a sense of 'control' and efficiency in one's life. Not only does meditation help with the mind, it can relieve pain, lower blood pressure and even help with circulation problems.

Midwifery
Midwifery is holistic woman-to-woman care for well woman gyn care, conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Midwives believe birth is a natural process and a rite of passage. Care is given in the hospital, a birth center, or the woman's home.

Myofascial Release
In the normal healthy state, the fascia is relaxed and wavy in configuration. It has the ability to stretch and move without restriction. When we experience physical trauma or inflammation, however, the fascia loses its pliability. It becomes tight, restricted and a source of tension to the rest of the body. Therapy sessions are hands-on treatments during which therapists use a multitude of Myofascial Release techniques and movement therapy.

Network Spinal Analysis
Network Spinal Analysis is an approach to wellness that applies low force touch contacts, applied at Spinal Gateways, to cue the nervous system to develop new strategies for living and healing. Two spinal �healing� waves develop which help improve spinal and neural integrity, adaptability, and significantly advance wellness and quality of life.

NLP Counseling
A NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner will teach a client to relate to the world in a series of six levels: the environment; behaviour; capability; belief; identity and spirituality. Clients are guided by the practitioner in a series of brief sessions designed to discover how you have learnt to think and feel; with 'reprogramming' clients are taught to take control of their actions.

Numerology
Numerology is the study of the ancient mystic science of Numbers and their deep esoteric meanings in relation to the universe in general, and to our lives, in particular. Before there was the alphabet, there was Number, which explains in a cosmic sense all the principles of the Divine. Everything comes from our first form of communication and Numerologists can chart out our Divine purpose in life, as well as the challenges and tests we will undergo to achieve it. The ancient philosopher Pythagoras was the first mystic teacher to put the study of Divine Vibrations into a form that could be utilized by those questing for spiritual fulfillment in the Mystic schools (which was kept hidden from the masses). Using the full name at birth and the complete birthdate, a Numerologist can tune a seeker to his or her higher spiritual mission.

Nutrition
Consultation with a nutritional therapist will involve an in-depth look at your lifestyle, diet and habits, and your skin will be examined for clues. In some cases, samples of sweat, hair and urine will be taken as these can provide a valuable 'read out' of your body's state. Some practitioners use Vega testing or applied kinesiology to allow your body to 'speak' of its intolerances.

Polarity
Developed by the Osteopath and Chiropractor Dr. Randolph Stone, Polarity Therapy works primarily with the energy fields that underlie the human body. It is based on the energy model that was developed in India three thousand years ago and which is combined with the Western understanding of the structure and function of the body. The resulting combination becomes a very potent therapy which has a wide application to health at the mental, emotional and physical level.

Psychotherapy
The fundamental task of the psychotherapeutic relationship is to create an interpersonal environment in which we can discover, become and deal more creatively with who we are, so that we might engage more realistically and with deeper fulfillment in the world. The therapist is there to offer empathic involvement in our unfolding, without judgment or blame, but with curiosity, compassion and respect for our distinct being and unknown destiny.

Rebirthing
Rebirthing is a technique of conscious breathing that can help in releasing physical, emotional or mental blockages. It is best learned by participating as a client in rebirthing sessions with a certified rebirther. Several books are available that describe the process. The leading author on rebirthing is Sondra Ray.

Reflexology
Reflexologists believe that there is a direct connection between specific parts of the body, (esp. feet, hands and ears) and all the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Application of reflexology techniques to either the feet, the hands or the ears reduces stress and tension and profoundly relaxes all the corresponding glands, organs and parts of the body. This facilitates improved circulation of the blood and lymph, and improves nerve function. Consequently, all the cells of the body are cleansed, revitalized and rejuvenated and the body is more able to utilize its innate healing capacity. Reflexology supports the person's body in its own natural healing processes.

Reiki
With its roots in ancient Tibetan Buddhism, reiki went on to become a form of spiritual healing developed by a Japanese theologian in the early 20th century. Reiki was introduced to the west in the 70's. It is believed that reiki works at an atomic level, causing the body's molecules to vibrate at a higher intensity to dissolve energy blockages which manifest as disease.

Rolfing
Ida Rolf was the first to create, practice and teach a system of bodywork aimed toward working with the connective tissue of the body to achieve structural changes in the client. She originally called her system Structural Integration, but it came to be called Rolfing.

Rosen Method Bodywork
Developed by Marion Rosen, this work emphasizes simplicity. The practitioner contacts contracted muscles and matches the muscle tension. The practitioner follows changes in the client�s breathing as a means of guiding the client�s inner process. The work can bring up buried feelings and memories, and can be a tool for pain relief and personal growth.

Rubenfeld Synergy
This method integrates elements of Alexander, Feldenkrais, gestalt and hypnotherapy into a body-mind therapy that helps clients contact and release energy blocks, tensions and imbalances. Rather than treating illnesses, the practitioner treats the psychophysical problems people carry with them. By dealing with the emotional body, the practitioner can often abate physical symptoms.

Shamanic Healing
A shaman is a person with the ability to access experiences, open consciousness, and extend beyond normally-perceived reality, to connect with other realms of consciousness. The shaman directs his or her intent (the basis of any transformation) to manifest change, empowerment and healing: physical, psychological, or emotional. The concept of shamanic consciousness consistently uses connections with the Earth, spirit animals, guides etc.

Shamballa Healing
This modality is brought to us from Ascended Master Germain, via Haridas Melchizedek (John Armitage). Shamballa is about initiating people into the ressonance of the Diamond Light of Shamballa, the other-dimensional residence of the Ascended Masters. Germain says he is the originator of an Atlantean 22 symbol system originally created to raise people's vibrations.

Shiatsu
Using their fingers, elbows, knees and feet, the shiatsu practitioner works on the body's acupoints to stimulate and harmonise the body's life energy (qi). Very much a health-promoting therapy, shiatsu is very effective for many conditions including stress, digestive disorders, sluggish circulation, asthma, and rheumatic conditions.

Somatics
Also called Somatics Psychology or Somatic Therapy, "somatic" literally means "of or pertaining to the body." In the context of Somatics Psychology, it refers to the mind-body connection and makes use of techniques to bring awareness of the mind and the body to each other.

Somato Respiratory Integration
A system of reconnecting between our brain and body through its natural wisdom, through various exercises which ask for you to touch your body, and gently breathe. Each exercise seeks to activate a different state of consciousness, from helping us to connect to our suffering through states of sheer ecstasy. It teaches us that we heal ourselves and gives us physical exercises to be more whole and shift our bodies, minds and our life.

A unique deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy that facilitates the body's natural healing process. Spiritual Healing
Spiritual Healing is very much a holistic modality with the implicit belief that health is not just being free of symptoms of disease, but of the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical harmony of the whole person. The understanding is that the Healer acts as a channel for Healing Energies � helping the person to kick-start their own self-Healing powers thus enabling their own higher self to deal in the best possible manner with illness or injury.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is an adaptation of Swedish massage. Its purpose is to prepare athletes for sporting activity and help them recover from the exertion of sporting activity. Sports massage trainings vary widely in length, and there is no standard training length, although the American Massage Therapy Association and the United States Sports Massage Federation both have standards for approving trainings.

Stress Management
Consultants may work with organisations to audit workplace stress, identify contributory factors and make recommendations for preventive / ameliorative action. Some consultants offer training to targeted groups or individuals, helping them recognise and rethink their own individual responses.

T'ai chi
Almost balletic in its execution, t'ai chi is more than exercise for the body; it is considered by many to be excellent at promoting mental clarity and spirituality. There are five styles of t'ai chi; Chen, Wu, Woo, Sun and Yang. Yang is the flowing, rhythmic version most common in the West. There are also two forms: short form, consists of 24 movements which can be performed in ten minutes; the long form has 108 movements which takes up to 40 minutes to complete.

Tarot Readings
The Tarot is a deck of illustrated cards divided into suits of minor arcana and individual cards of the major arcana. Each card has a specific quality and meaning. The pack is used to give guidance to a person asking a question about their life. Cards may be chosen individually but most readings consist of a number of cards being chosen and laid down to give the querent a detailed account of their present situation and how best to proceed.

Therapeutic Touch (TT)
TT is a means of attuning to and directing the universal life energy. The goal is to release congestion and balance areas where the flow of life energy has become disordered. Removal of these blockages facilitates the person�s intrinsic healing powers. TT is most commonly taught to, and used by nurses. However, some massage therapists study TT and incorporate it into their work.

Trager
Dr. Milton Trager, M.D., had a gift for bodywork from a young age, and developed his own system of bodywork which emphasizes gentle rocking of the client, and rolling body parts to encourage release and loosening and softening. Some massage schools offer brief introductory trainings in Trager bodywork, giving the massage therapist a glimpse into the system. Massage therapists with introductory training often integrate a bit of the Trager awareness into their massage work. However, Trager practitioners practice only Trager, at least during a Trager session.

Trigger Point Therapies
Also called MyotherapySM or neuromuscular therapy, this refers to any of several systems of working with trigger points. Trigger points are tender congested spots in muscle tissue, which may radiate pain to other areas. Significant relief results when the trigger point is treated. The techniques used in trigger point therapies are similar to those used in Shiatsu or acupressure, but trigger point therapies are based on western anatomy and physiology. Several institutions have refined the art of trigger point therapy into a self-contained modality, and teach their therapy in a non-massage context.

Vibrational Healing
A broad range of therapies depending on the style and techniques of the therapist. Using vibrational essences, sound/frequency, voice and energetic touch to clear the chakras and raise the vibration of the human energy field. Healers work on the subtle energy layers of the auric field to affect change on the physical body.

Waterbirthing

Watsu
Watsu (from "water" and "shiatsu") began when Harold Dull started floating people, applying the moves and stretches of the zen shiatsu he had studied in Japan. Physical and emotional blocks are removed by the work, which can be done even by small individuals since the client�s body in water is buoyant. It is done in chest-high, 94-degree water.
